Where can I cancel my subscription?
Customers may cancel their Five Bundle subscription at anytime via Tebex.io's System or via cancellation link included in the original purchase and subscription renewal emails. After cancellation, all assets are revoked at the end of the subscription term.
If I cancel my subscription do I keep the content?
All items in the Five Bundle are protected via Tebex and CFX's asset escrow encryption system. After cancellation, all assets are revoked at the end of the subscription term.
Where can I request a refund?
Refunds are offered within 48 hours of any purchase or renewal. Refunds must be requested on the support.sonoransoftware.com portal. Requesting a refund will revoke access to all Five Bundle content immediately.
I was a subscriber to the old Five Bundle, what happens?
Following our November 2nd announcement, the previous bundle officially ended on November 15, 2024. With the launch of the new Five Bundle all remaining legacy subscriptions are being canceled effective May 1st, 2025. Don’t worry — customers will retain access to their FiveM assets for the remainder of their current term.
Due to Tebex and legal restrictions, we’re unable to maintain subscriptions and partner payouts across both packages.
Looking ahead, the new Five Bundle includes clear entry and exit terms to prevent this issue going forward. We’re excited to welcome new partners soon — stay tuned!
